It undergoes an experimental thermal shock processing method with Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation, followed by sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate decaffeination. The coffee has a sweet profile with notes of Swedish Berries (red candies), Raspberry, and Cherry, featuring a silky body and long sweet finish.
