About This Coffee

A specialty single-origin coffee from the Sidama highland region in southern Ethiopia, grown by smallholder farmers in forest gardens at 1,700 to 2,200 meters above sea level. Processed using traditional washed methods and sun-dried. The flavor profile is sweet, fruity, and citrus-forward, with notes of lemon, lime, sweet orange, white peach, and gentle floral aromas. Acidity is bright but smooth, with a light, silky body. Available in Light, Medium, and Dark roast.
