About This Coffee

This is a 50/50 blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, both sourced from India. The Arabica component comes from Western Ghats, India, produced by Manacardu Social Service Society, featuring diverse varieties processed using the Monsooned Malabar method. The Robusta component (Coffea Canephora) is also from Western Ghats, India, produced by the same cooperative, and naturally processed. The coffee features a thick crema and long caramel aftertaste with nutty notes. Suitable for fully automatic machines, portafilters, and Moka pots.
