Los Alpes Lot 1077 is a Geisha variety coffee from Panama's Talamanca Mountain Range, grown at 1600-1700 meters altitude on the slopes of the Baru Volcano. The beans are washed processed with 72 hours of fermentation and dried on sun-raised beds for 14 days. Produced by Janson Coffee Farm, a family-owned operation since 1989, using sustainable practices with no pesticides or herbicides.
