Los Osos is a coffee from the Huila region in Colombia, harvested in 2024. This 100% Arabica coffee is processed using a washed method and grown at an altitude between 1,750 and 2,150 meters above sea level on a family-run farm. The cup profile features red apple, candied lime, and panela sugar with medium acidity, medium sweetness, and a clean finish. It is available in whole bean and various grind options.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
