This Parainema varietal coffee comes from Cup of Excellence winner Eulogio Martinez, known as the "Godfather of Parainema," in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. Grown at 1380 meters altitude and processed using the washed method. The coffee features sparkling acidity, fruited sweetness, and structured body with flavor notes of peach cobbler, jasmine, and pomegranate. Martinez bought his farm in 1990 and won the top spot at Cup of Excellence 2015.
