This is a collaboration coffee with Laurens ten Dam of LSRF (Live Slow - Ride Fast). The blend combines three coffees from Colombia, Honduras, and Ethiopia. It is a medium espresso roast with flavors of dark chocolate, sweet raisins, black berries, and a hint of jasmine. The coffee has a powerful aroma, full body with slight bitterness, and finishes with a sweet aftertaste. The roast is inspired by coffee Laurens ten Dam enjoyed while living on the US West Coast.
