This blend offers layers of flavor with notes of gingerbread, creamy vanilla, fig, candied orange, and sweet chocolate, balanced by smooth sweetness. The coffee has a 15% water loss in roasting and is suitable for drip, pour-over, French press, and Aeropress brewing methods.
