This coffee is produced by Jose Posada at the Capilla Del Rosario farm in the Antioquia region of Colombia, at an altitude between 1560 and 2000 meters. It consists of Castillo and Colombia varieties. The coffee undergoes an experimental washed process involving co-fermentation with a solution of bacteria, yeast, citric acid, and lychee extract. The flavor profile features notes of sweet lychee, rose water, lemon, and milk chocolate, offering a light, floral, and elegant cup.
