A single origin Colombian coffee produced by Juan Pablo Vélez at Finca La Luisa in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, at 1850 meters above sea level. The Caturra variety is processed using Honey Culturing, delivering a sweet and syrupy mouthfeel. Roasted Light/Medium and ideal for filter brewing, with tasting notes of Lychee, Vanilla Cola, Hibiscus, and Longan. Harvested in January 2023 and scored 88.50 on the cup score. Part of the Loco Series celebrating experimental Colombian coffees.
