This coffee is from the Mbata community in Bwesumbu County, Uganda, at 1,900 meters above sea level near the Rwenzori Mountains. It is processed at the Lunar Coffee station. This micro lot is naturally processed, sun-dried in its fruit on raised beds for 37 days. The cup profile features notes of red berries, brown sugar, and a soft lingering sweetness. The coffee is produced through the Lunar Coffee and Scout Program, which provides farmers with continuous education and direct feedback for quality refinement.
