Mamma Mia's is a blend composed of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, bringing together coffees from Nicaragua, Honduras, and India. The beans are grown sustainably by long-term partner cooperatives and hand-roasted in Geneva. Nicaraguan beans are fully washed, bringing clarity and structure with gentle cocoa notes. The natural-processed Honduran Arabica adds depth and roundness with soft fruitiness, while Indian Robusta provides body and a smooth, creamy finish. The blend features notes of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, with a mellow, round, and easy-drinking profile. It offers a full body, plenty of crema, and a classic dark chocolate aroma with a syrupy texture.
As one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Geneva, Boréal was founded in 2009 with a mission to bring high-quality, ethical coffee to the community. They focus on creating welcoming cafe spaces and fostering a culture around their coffee. Their roasting philosophy is to provide consistent, delicious, and responsibly sourced beans.
