Manga Larga is a Brazilian single origin coffee from Rancho Grande Farm, produced by Flávio (Fafa) Reis in Brazil at 1100m altitude. The Topázio cultivar undergoes an anaerobic natural process: mechanically picked Boia (slightly overripe) cherries are sealed in bags for 48 hours, then dried in static ventilated boxes over approximately 12 days. Flavor notes include chocolate mousse, papaya, and cream. Roasted as an espresso profile, it is also described as versatile across brew methods and pairs well with milk.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
