This coffee is produced by Marcelo Assis Nogueira at the Ohlos D'agua farm in the Campos Altos region of Brazil. It is a natural processed coffee featuring the Paraïso and Arara varieties. The cup profile is characterized by notes of Reese's, pomegranate, thyme, and apricot. This coffee offers a very heavy body and low acidity, making it suitable for both espresso and milk-based drinks, with a clean finish that includes subtle lime and tropical notes.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
