About This Coffee

This organic dark roast coffee blend brings incredible richness with old-school espresso vibes and elevated flavor. It features bold, chocolatey notes with brown sugar characteristics and a prominent roastiness often associated with traditional espresso. The coffee performs exceptionally well on espresso when cut with steamed milk. On drip, it pairs nicely with cream and sugar.

DOMA Coffee Roasting Company

Terry and Rebecca Patano founded DOMA Coffee Roasting Company in 2000, naming it after their two sons, Dominic and Marco. What started as a passion project in the garage grew into a full operation based in Post Falls, Idaho, with a second cafe in Coeur d'Alene. DOMA roasts on a Loring Smart Roaster nicknamed Lucky 13, the thirteenth Loring ever made, which consumes 80 percent less natural gas than conventional equipment. The company sources exclusively through direct relationships with farmers and importers, and every employee receives SCA training. An Ethiopia Suke Quto was a 2015 Good Food Awards finalist, and the brand has earned multiple national ADDY Awards for its packaging design.
