This is a single coffee origin from Santa Barbara, Honduras, grown at 1700 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee made from Pacas and Bourbon varieties. Named after the matriarch Maria Adillia Trochez, who started her farm in 1970, the coffee is now produced by her family with her son Glynis managing operations. The coffee is described as subtle and sweet.
