About This Coffee

This Tumbaga Sugarcane decaf coffee is sourced from various smallholder farmers across the Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia and Eje Cafetero regions of Colombia. Farm sizes vary from 1 to 4.5 hectares, with altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 2,100 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and fermented after harvest, then decaffeinated using a special process involving fermented sugar cane.
