Mexico Bayunka is a washed coffee from Finca Nuevo México in La Concordia, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1,100–1,420 meters elevation. The coffee features Anacafe 14 (Pacamara & Catimor hybrid) and Catimor varieties. This all-day-sipper offers subtle citrus hints of clementine with notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and a nutty finish. The farm is family-run since 1964 and part of the UNESCO-recognized El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve.
