A Cup of Excellence #7 Mexico coffee from Cafetal el Equimite farm in Coatepec, Veracruz, grown at 1,300 masl. Farmed by Gilbran Leonardor, this Geisha variety is processed naturally. The farm is biodynamic certified (DEMETER) and organic. Roasted light for pour over and immersion brewing, it features aromas of Tieguanyin, honeysuckle, tangerine, and strawberry, with flavors of strawberry, nectarine, white grapes, red apple, and jasmine, and a bergamot and jasmine aftertaste with bright, sparkling citric and malic acidity.
