About This Coffee

This decaf coffee from Chiapas, Mexico is a blend of Bourbon, Typica, Marsellesa, Oro Azteca, Márago, Caturra, and Peñasco varieties grown at 1,300–1,600 meters elevation by smallholder farmers. The beans are fully washed and processed using the sugarcane decaffeination method, which preserves natural character and sweetness. It features a medium, smooth body with tasting notes of molasses, ginger, and star anise.
