This coffee is from the small town of La Yerba, located on the northern side of the San Juan volcano east of Mexico City. It is produced in an ejido, a community consisting of communal lands designated for agricultural production, where each Ejidatario (co-owner/farmer) has individual rights to a plot of land. This ideology dates back to the Aztec calpulli system. The coffee is medium roasted with clearly sweet tones.
A small roastery in Borås where craftsmanship and quality are paramount, with a focus on the best flavor and environmentally friendly practices from farm to cup.
