A coffee from Finca Monte Grande in Mexico, a farm founded in 1917 and now managed by the third generation of the same family. The farm emphasizes sustainability and environmental responsibility, generating its own electricity via a hydropower station and using a wet mill that consumes only 5% of the water of traditional wet mills. Coffee pulp is composted and reused as natural fertilizer. The farm employs around 200 permanent workers. This coffee is soft and balanced with low acidity and notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate.
