A single-origin Criollo from the Santuario Project in Ixhuatlán del Café, Veracruz, Mexico (1,100–1,750 m). Ripe cherries are selected and washed, soaked for 3 hours, 45% of mucilage removed, followed by an 18-hour anaerobic fermentation and patio drying. Medium-light roast with tasting notes of orange, oolong tea, green tea, raisin, roasted almond, and caramel.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
