About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from the Ixhuatlán del Café region in Veracruz, Mexico, sourced from approximately 220 smallholder farms at 1,400–1,500 meters altitude. The Red Bourbon variety is processed at the Santuario Project's processing center, established in 2019, which applies expertise from operations in Colombia, Costa Rica, and Brazil. Roasted as an espresso roast, it features flavor notes of red apple, mirabelle, and orange.
