The coffee is washed processed and consists of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties. Farmers work small plots, typically no larger than 2 hectares, with cherries picked, processed, and dried by hand. The coffee offers a smooth and balanced cup with raw sugar sweetness, golden raisin fruitiness, and chocolate notes. Medium roast level.
