Sourced from smallholder farms in the high-altitude Veracruz region of Mexico (1200–1600 MASL), this washed coffee features a blend of Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varieties. The volcanic soil and tropical climate contribute to a smooth, rounded cup with medium body and very light acidity. Tasting notes include molasses, almond, and fig, with a structure-forward profile suited to espresso, drip, and French press brewing methods.
