The San Ramon variety is processed using natural fermentation with anaerobic yeast and shade dried. The coffee features a vibrant, juicy cup with notes of dark plum, stone fruit, grape juice, dark chocolate, and cocoa, with deep complex acidity and lingering sweetness.
