A decaffeinated espresso coffee from El Vergel Estate in the Tolima region of Colombia, grown at 1,350 meters altitude. Produced by Elias and Shady Bayter, this coffee features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties, processed using a Natural Anaerobic method with 48–60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, intermittent drying, and a 45-day rest period. Decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. Grown among guava trees, it offers notes of guava, black plum, lime, and cocoa.
