Produced by Elias and Shady Bayter, this coffee features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties, processed using a Natural Anaerobic method with 48–60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, intermittent drying, and a 45-day rest period. Decaffeinated via the Swiss Water Process. Grown among guava trees, it offers notes of guava, black plum, lime, and cocoa.
