This decaf coffee comes from Pitalito in the Huila department of southern Colombia, grown at elevations between 1500-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed processed and features Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties. The flavor profile includes chocolate pudding, cinnamon, and blackberry notes.
