This is a decaffeinated coffee processed using the Sugar Cane Process. The flavor profile features notes of maple syrup, dates, and honey. The coffee is available in 12oz (340g) bags and can be purchased as whole bean or ground to various specifications including espresso, pour over, and French press.
Spencer Turer founded Dripp Coffee in 2012 in Grinnell, Iowa, naming the operation after an abbreviated take on drip coffee and the pour over method. The roastery and coffeehouse on Broad Street serves as a community gathering space with art displays, live music, and open mic nights, drawing a mix of Grinnell College students and locals. Coffee is roasted in house in small batches, sourced through Fair Trade, organic, and direct trade channels from Central and South America and Africa. A second location in downtown Des Moines expanded the reach beyond the small college town.
