Miroroma AA is a Kenyan coffee from the Muranga region, grown on the fertile eastern slopes of the Aberdare mountains at 1,800–1,900 meters above sea level. Produced by around 950 smallholder farmers under the Kanyenya-ini Farmers Cooperative Society at the Miroroma Factory station. The lot includes varieties SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru-11, and Batian. Processed using a washed method and dried on African beds. The flavor profile features honey, cherry, blackberry, and fresh citrus notes with sweet and spicy tones. Light roast, recommended for filter preparation.
