About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Aricha station, formerly known as the highly coveted Misty Valley station, located in the Yirgacheffe highlands of southern Ethiopia at approximately 1,925 meters elevation. Approximately 700 smallholder farmers contribute to this coffee, which is picked ripe between November and January, depulped within 12 hours, and washed clean with spring water. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, featuring heirloom Ethiopian varieties. The flavor profile includes sugarcane, lemon, and white grape notes.
