A single-origin coffee from the El Porvenir farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1700 meters above sea level. The variety is Maracaturra, a hybrid between Maragogype and Caturra, known for its balanced flavor, citric acidity, and fresh, herbal aromas. Processed using a washed method with fermentation: cherries are manually selected, oxidized for 24 hours, then fermented in sealed tanks for 36 hours after depulping (with mucilage retained), before being fully washed and dried. Tasting notes include orange, forest fruits, apple, cinnamon, and chocolate.
Harmony Roasters began in 2021 when Dani sold his motorbike to buy a one kilogram capacity roaster. Together with his partner Agatha, who handles photography, social media, and the web presence, Dani built a micro roastery in Montcada i Reixac on the outskirts of Barcelona. His approach favours minimal intervention, letting the coffee's natural character come through rather than imposing a heavy roast signature. It paid off quickly: Dani won both the Catalan Coffee Roasting Championship and the Spain Roasters Championship in 2021, then took the Catalan title again in 2022. The roastery uses fully compostable packaging and supplies several businesses around Barcelona.
