Monsoon Malabar AA from Hoysala Estate, Karnataka, India. This single estate coffee undergoes a unique monsooning process where seasonal monsoon winds and humidity transform the coffee beans, recreated in a controlled environment for consistency. Roasted medium dark, it produces a medium-bodied cup with sweet aromas of butter biscuits, notes of cocoa nibs and dried fruit, and a dark chocolate aftertaste. Best suited for espresso, Moka Pot, or French press, enjoyed black or with milk.

Blue Tokai roasts twice a week, Monday through Friday, focusing exclusively on 100 percent Arabica specialty coffee sourced directly from Indian estates.
