This coffee is from the Montero Family in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown at 1900 meters altitude. The Catuai variety is processed using the honey method and harvested in March 2025. The coffee offers a creamy and balanced profile with notes of chocolate, coconut, and apricot. It combines familiar milk chocolate and roasted notes with sweetness and ripe stone fruit characteristics. This espresso roast delivers complexity through a wonderful coconut aroma and juicy stone fruit notes.
