Morning Blend is a staple sweet-and-smooth drip blend featuring coffees from Finca Concepcion (Guatemala), Amino Aba Keno (Ethiopia), and the CABRIPEL Cooperative (Honduras). Tasting notes list Green Apple, Milk Chocolate, and Agave, and the blend is designed for a balanced mouthfeel and easy drinking at breakfast. The roaster generally prepares its coffees to medium or light/medium roast levels and stamps bags with roast dates.
