Motion is a specialty Brazilian coffee from the Sunset farm in Carmo de Minas region, harvested in 2024-25 season. This natural processed coffee is grown at altitudes between 1000-1300 meters. It offers low acidity suitable for both espresso and filter brewing, with a balanced body and chocolate sweetness. The coffee features flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, and caramel. Minimum resting period of 10-12 days from roast date is recommended.
