Peaks Coffee Company was founded in 2014 by Kelsey and Sam during a winter snowstorm, beginning with the unconventional setup of roasting coffee in a cast iron skillet at home. Based in Syracuse, New York, Peaks sources through direct trade relationships with Colombian farmers and roasts all bags to order, ensuring freshness and allowing customization for individual customers.
