About This Coffee

A washed coffee from Peru's Moyobamba hub in the San Martín region, grown by smallholder producers at elevations of 1200–1400 masl. Comprised of Bourbon, Pache, and Catuaí cultivars, sourced through Falcon Coffees Peru from more than 500 smallholder producers. Harvested November through March. Roasted for espresso with flavor notes of cacao nibs, almond, and caramel, with a rich, full body and raisin sweetness.
