This coffee comes from the APAS cooperative in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, Brazil. The cooperative has 71 members cultivating premium coffee at altitudes between 950 and 1260 meters above sea level. The coffee is a natural processed blend of Catuai Vermelho, Catuai Amarelo, and Mundo Novo varieties. After harvesting, the cherries are dried on the patio and mechanically pulped. The coffee features notes of chocolate, Nutella, and blueberries with a sweetness rating of 4/5, body of 4/5, and acidity of 2/5. Described as a simple espresso for everyday use.
