About This Coffee

This blend combines 70% Arabica from Brazil with 30% Canephora from India. The Brazilian component is Red Catuai variety, pulped natural processed, from Fazenda Santa Jucy in São José do Rio Pardo/Mococa region at 950-1,080 meters altitude, grown by André Lima. The Indian component is SLN274 variety Canephora, washed processed, from Badra Estates in Kaldoku, Karnataka at 900 meters altitude, grown by Jacob Mammen. The blend features a balanced body with low acidity and flavor notes of caramel, milk chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut.
