Munchie Espresso is a single origin coffee from La Riviera Farm in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Julio Madrid and Andrés Quiceno. Grown at 1700 masl in the central foothills of the Andes, it features the Castillo variety and is processed using an Anaerobic Honey method involving fermentation starters and natural fruit and aromatic plant flavors. Roasted light/medium for espresso, it offers tasting notes of pineapple, coconut, New York cheesecake, hazelnut, and butter, with a cup score of 88.50.
