About 750 small producers from Mundayo grow this natural coffee on farms located at over 1,900 meters above sea level in Nensebo, West Arsi, Oromia region at 1,950 meters. The coffee features various JARC and Landrace varieties and is processed using the natural method. The slow ripening at high altitude develops greater flavor complexity. Farms are largely organic by nature with little or no use of fertilizers or pesticides. Ripe cherries are handpicked, manually sorted, and dried on raised beds for 20 to 25 days. This espresso roast offers milk chocolate, strawberry, and floral notes.
