Musozi Lot 13 is a natural processed coffee from Rwanda, produced and processed by Rwamatamu. Grown in Western Nyamasheke region by the shores of Lake Kivu, this coffee features notes of strawberry, chocolate, and passion fruit. The cherries are carefully sorted to remove defects and then dried on raised beds over 25-35 days until reaching 11% moisture content. The result is a high-scoring, balanced, and clean cup with vibrant fruit-forward characteristics.
