This natural processed Catuai comes from Ga Naing Yar, a remote village in Shan State, Myanmar, produced by the Pa-O farmers of the Shwe Taung Thu cooperative at 1,515 meters elevation. The coffee is fruit-forward and expressive with excellent clarity and balance. It features notes of Concord grape, peach rings, hibiscus tea, and soft vanilla with a clean, polished finish.
