Myanmar The Lady is produced by a cooperative of 51 women-led farms from Nwar Ban Gyi village in Ywangan, Shan State, at 1350 meters altitude. Red Catuaí variety is processed using both wet and dry fermentation methods in closed tanks to develop desired pH and sugar content, then dried for 20-24 days on raised beds. The coffee offers raspberry, pomegranate, vanilla, and honey notes with fruity, highly sweet, refined, and complex characteristics.
