This micro-lot coffee is produced by Gloria Rivas and Huibert Aguilar on their farm, Motezumba, located in the Mozonte region of Nicaragua at an altitude of 1400-1700 meters. The farm spans 20 hectares, much of which is forest that creates a unique microclimate. This is a Caturra variety coffee processed using the natural method. It features a flavor profile characterized by tropical fruit notes, a jammy quality, and vinous acidity.
