Ombligon Identity Preserved Decaf Natural is a rare and complex decaf produced exclusively by Nestor Lasso in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Processed naturally using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) method at Descafecol in Manizales, this coffee retains a rich depth of flavour despite decaffeination. Grown at 1780-1900 meters altitude and harvested in 2024, the coffee delivers a beautifully layered cup with notes of red wine, cinnamon, milk chocolate, and brown sugar, balanced by good sweetness and a smooth finish.
