From Kirimahiga Coffee Factory in Mathioya, Kenya, established in 1998 and uniting 781 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1700m altitude in volcanic soil with cool temperatures and seasonal rains. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, washed in clean stream water, and sun-dried on raised beds before hulling, grading, and milling on-site. Light medium roast with vanilla cream sweetness, blackcurrant depth, and tart cherry finish.
