A light, smooth, and mild coffee from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, grown at 1100–1200 meters altitude by various small farms. The Caturra variety is hand-picked during November–April and processed using the washed method. The area is renowned for its biodiversity and cloud-covered hills, conditions that drive 80% of Nicaragua's coffee production. Flavor notes include citrus followed by chocolate.
